If you provide your phone number, we may contact you by phone or text regarding your quote request and scheduled appointments. For example, we may confirm your appointment, let you know we're on our way or have completed service. These messages are sent individually by our team, not through automated mass texting. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of text communications at any time by replying STOP, or by contacting us directly (see Section 10). We do not use your phone number for promotional or marketing text messages.

4. Payment

We do not process payments online. Payment is collected in person by cash or check, so we do not collect or store any card or banking information through this website.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide services to you and for our business records. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us (see Section 10).

6. Third-Party Services

Our quote form is hosted by Tally (tally.so), which processes form submissions on our behalf. We also use Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics to understand how visitors use this site. These third parties' use of your information is governed by their own privacy policies.

We implement reasonable safeguards to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure.
