FAQs

FAQs About Screen Cleaning

Answers to the most common questions about our screen cleaning service.

01

Do you remove and reinstall the screens?

Yes. Every screen is carefully removed, cleaned, and reinstalled in its correct window. We take care to note where each one goes so nothing ends up out of place.

02

How are the screens actually cleaned?

We use a thorough wash and rinse process that removes dust, pollen, insect debris, and built-up grime without stretching or damaging the screen mesh. They're allowed to dry fully before reinstallation.

03

What if one of my screens is damaged?

If we notice a torn or bent screen during cleaning, we'll let you know. We don't repair or replace screens ourselves, but we'll flag the ones that need attention so you can decide how to handle them.

04

How much of a difference does screen cleaning actually make?

More than most people expect. A dirty screen can block a noticeable amount of light and make clean windows look hazy from inside. After cleaning, the difference in brightness and clarity is obvious.
